How To Manage Your Finances Like A Fortune 500 CEO To Buy Your First Property

To Buy Your First Property

I kicked off 2023 with a workshop for my Women Who Build Wealth Community Hub; the workshop is called Fire Up Your Finances.

In that workshop, I discussed using SMART Planning to reach your income goals. The community LOVED it for a very simple reason--many of them were familiar with SMART Planning and used it in their 9 to 5's but never applied this robust framework to their finances.

If you're unfamiliar with the acronym SMART stands for:

How Financial Discipline Will Help You Get the Most Out of Your Investment Property

One of the most common questions I get when it comes to investing in real estate is where to start. While it can seem intimidating to get into the real estate/ landlord game, once you get a flow established it’s really quite easy. And the passive income stream you’re opening up is (literally) priceless.

As Emily Stroud said, “If you take control of your finances today, then you won’t be a victim of them tomorrow.” Let's introduce you to a simple exercise that will improve your financial planning.

We know that the general prices for goods and services are rising. It is imperative to determine the status of your current finances that will help you think about how you will improve your financial planning. One of the easiest ways to track your expenses effectively is the “Highlighter Exercise Method,” which will show how you have already spent your money.
