WHO AM I?

I’m a single mom who started in the negative and built a real estate empire; if I can do it, so can you. I went out on a limb and bought a fixer-upper in Philly, and the rest is history. This investment seemed like an intimidating longshot, but it taught me how to start building my finances through real estate, and more importantly, how to build a plan, follow it and trust my instincts.

Just a few years ago, I was a single mom living paycheck to paycheck, desperately trying to keep it all together. After learning more about money planning, I saw the amazing potential in my finances and I’ve never looked back. I’ve seen far too many women battling to build a legacy that they can be proud of. And it all comes down to getting your personal finances in check. But for that, you need a growth strategy, which begins with understanding what’s stunting your financial progression. We’ll cover how to start from scratch, and what it takes to get your finances in alignment with your goals. I’m proud of you for taking the initiative to listen. This is going to be your first step. LEARNING TO BE YOUR OWN BOSS: THE BOTTOMLINE

I learned very quickly that when investing in properties, while also working as a real estate agent, I would have to be very disciplined and intentional with my time. You have to make sure that your work is still getting done, even when you’re not working a traditional 9-5 with a boss to monitor your progress. But if you have consistent dedication you will reap the rewards that come with running your own business and side-hustles.

I knew that in addition to running my own real estate business, I had to find streams of passive income to supplement my finances and bring even more financial security. That’s why I branched out and started investing in real estate and became a landlord. This opportunity came with a pretty steep learning curve, but the benefits of a consistent passive income can’t be overstated.

I’m so excited to help you on your own path to financial freedom with all of the tips and tricks to help you have an easier time than I did. Branching out as a financial coach has been the finishing touch on a career fraught with challenges and ultimately successes.
