Having a Plan is all it Takes

Today was exciting because one of my cohort students was able to close on her first investment property, and I asked her what was the thing that triggered her, and what worked.

Angel is the sweetest woman in the world and told me it was the checklist of the steps I took everyone through for them to learn to invest in Real Estate. A lot of us lack a blueprint when it comes to our finances. Most of the information is vague it tells us the little pieces, and then we end up in the same position we started.

For sure, we want to start investing, but for whatever reason, we get sidetracked we decide that it's not for us even though it's something that we want to do and put it on the back burner for so many various reasons.
